Atlas Copco to showcase its rock excavation technology at M&E. Atlas Copco offers the most comprehensive line of rotary blasthole drills in the industry. The focus of Atlas Copco’s display will be local presence which maximises the performance of it’s range of safe, reliable and highly productive mid and large blast hole rigs. On display will be the Pit Viper 275 as well as its Secoroc rotary drill strings, tools and services for open-cut mining. The PV-275, with 75,000 lb bit load capacity offers a multi-pass tower with 195-ft depth capacity, automatic cable tensioning and smoother drilling, which helps increase the life of the bit and feed system.
