As an exhibitor, whether you're a long-timer, experienced in the ways of exhibiting, or a first-timer thrown in the deep end, you are bound to have an array of questions about every aspect of exhibiting. For each M&E NSW the processes differ slightly as technology and procedures are improved. Here are some topics with questions and answer to help you through.

Q - I am already exhibiting, when will I receive my Exhibitor Manual?
An email will be sent to you in June 2009, with your username and passord explaining how you can access the Manual

Q - Does the Showground have anywhere to leave personal belongings?
There will not be the facilities to leave personal belongings.

Q - Can I fly directly to Muswellbrook?
The nearest commercial regional airport is Newcastle Airport located approximately 1^1/2 hours away from Upper Hunter Country. Newcastle Airport www.newcastleairport.com.au.

Q – What are the public transport options?
- City Rail commuter trains service Newcastle, with a connection to Sydney. Please contact City Rail to confirm timetable times. Phone: 131 500
- Country Link operate a daily service from Sydney to Muswellbrook. Pplease contact Country Link to confirm timetable times. Phone: 132 232
- Greyhound Coach has daily services, bookings are essential. Phone: 13 14 99

Q – Is public transport available nearby the Showground?
Limited town bus services are available (weekdays) operated by Osborns Transport Services.

Q – Can I walk from the city to the Muswellbrook Showgrounds?
Most town accommodation is within 2kms of the Showground, several Motels are well within walking distrance.

Q – Are taxis readily available at Muswellbrook Showgrounds?
Taxis are available upon request, please phone: 65 43 2700 to book.

Q – Can I park at the Muswellbrook Showgrounds & how much is it?
FREE Car Parking is available at the Showground.
